Tenderloin Fillet Mignon
Grilling steak
The highest quality steak around, it would be a shame to use a fillet mignon for any use but grilling it to perfection on a BBQ.  Incredibly lean, tender, and flavourful, no special spices or marinaides are required.  Just add a pinch of salt and impress your friends with your culinary knowledge.
Top Sirloin New Yorker
Grilling steak
Some prefer the New Yorker to the Fillet Mignon because, although not quite as high quality, it typically comes in larger portions.  Still extremely delicious, Longhorn top sirloin steaks are incredibly lean and tender.  No marinating required!
T-bone Porterhouse
Grilling steak
Know as the king of steaks, the T-bone is actually comprised of both a portion of a fillet mignon and a sirloin.  This tasty steak doesn't mess around and deserves its title.
